This notice describes how Robot handles information for its calendar-summary and notification features.

Information processed

When an authorized user connects a Google account, Robot can read event information from configured calendars, including event titles, descriptions, dates, times, locations and other event metadata supplied by Google. It also processes connection credentials, service configuration, generated summaries and delivery records.

Purpose and sharing

Calendar information is used to prepare and deliver the configured summaries. Relevant event content is sent to OpenAI for AI processing, and generated summaries are sent through Slack to approved recipients. These providers process information to supply their respective services. Authorized service administrators may access records for operation, support and troubleshooting.

Robot does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Google user data is not used by Robot to develop or train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.

Storage and protection

Connected-account information is not published on this website. Access to the automation service and its records is restricted. Connections to Google and the processing and messaging providers use encrypted transport.

Operational records are retained to run the service, track delivery and troubleshoot failures, subject to configured retention limits. Delivered summaries may remain in their destination until removed under that destination's retention settings. Provider-held copies are subject to the providers' applicable retention practices.

Your choices

You may revoke Robot's Google access through your Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future access; it does not automatically remove summaries already delivered or records already stored. To request access, correction or deletion of service-held information, contact praveen@thedrygoods.co. Requests may require verification of your authority over the information.

This website

This information site has no registration form, advertising or embedded analytics. Its hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to serve and protect the site. Emailing the contact address shares the contents of your message and your email address with the service operator.
